Each table has its own rhythm. With Convivium you choose the occasion – birthday, special Sunday or reunion – and I take care of the direction for 16-25 guests: tailor-made menus, a live dish that puts everyone in a circle, mise en place designed for your home. From the first toast to dessert, everything flows naturally and discreetly, with family-friendly times, attention to children and final tidying up.
